In April and May, MoSaiC project partners visited the Calvarina Testing and Training Area, managed by Fondazione SAFE, to carry out the first validation session dedicated to the system design of the solution.
The main aim of these activities was to validate the overall design of the MoSaiC solution through a series of partial tests conducted in a controlled and realistic environment, supporting risk reduction and the progressive refinement of the system architecture.
Across the two events, more than 25 participants were involved, including scientists, engineers, technicians, and project managers. This multidisciplinary effort ensured a comprehensive evaluation of the system design from both technical and operational perspectives.
The validation activities provided extremely valuable insights, enabling the consortium to further refine the design of the different components that constitute the MoSaiC solution and strengthening the overall development process of the project.
